For starters, there isn’t any butter.

I used an electric Cuisineart Griddler to grill these, so I didn’t have to wet my wooden skewers.

When ready to construct, thread two shrimp onto a 6″ wooden skewer, securing them at the top and bottom.
After you’ve built all of the skewers, just place them on your preheated grill for 2 minutes. Then flip and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side.

The most common mistake people make while preparing shrimp is overcooking them.
They get challenging when this occurs, so 2 minutes each side is ideal.
Place them on a platter, top with a little extra parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
These skewers are also a great appetizer for a gathering.

After that, chill them for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
Simply thread one shrimp onto each skewer when ready to assemble.

In a medium mixing dish, place the shrimp. Combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, wine, and parsley in a mixing bowl. To coat, mix everything together.

2 shrimp should be placed on a 6″ wooden skewer, with each shrimp secured at the top and bottom. As you continue to put the remainder of the shrimp on the skewers, transfer to a platter.
Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side on the grill. (If you’re using an outside grill, soak the wooden skewers for at least an hour to avoid them burning.)
Remove from the grill, top with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
